1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Raxvino website (raxvino.com) and our eco-friendly cleaning services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services
Raxvino provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services across Bristol and the surrounding areas, including:
- Residential Eco Clean: Regular or one-off home cleaning using non-toxic, plant-based products
- Office Green Clean: Commercial workspace cleaning with zero-VOC products
- Allergy-Safe Deep Clean: Specialist deep cleaning with HEPA filtration and hypoallergenic products
- Post-Construction Clean: Builders' clean using eco-safe solvents and methods
All services are performed using environmentally responsible, biodegradable products. Specific product details are available upon request.
3. Booking & Pricing
Bookings can be made via our website contact form, by email, or by telephone. All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices displayed on our website are starting prices; your actual quote may vary based on:
- Property size and condition
- Specific cleaning requirements
- Frequency of service
- Accessibility of the property
A written or emailed quote constitutes a binding offer valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices for recurring services are fixed for the agreed contract period.
4. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
- More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund or free rescheduling, no charge
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Up to 50% of the service fee may apply
- No-show / no access: Full service fee may be charged if our team cannot gain access at the agreed time
- Raxvino cancellation: If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience at no extra cost

5. Product Allergy Disclaimer
Important Allergy Information. While all Raxvino products are non-toxic and plant-based, some individuals may have sensitivities to natural ingredients, including essential oils (e.g., tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus), plant-derived surfactants, or natural fragrances.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (including asthma, eczema, or chemical sensitivities) before your first appointment. We will adjust our product selection accordingly.
Raxvino cannot be held liable for allergic reactions to natural or plant-based products where:
- The client did not disclose known allergies prior to the service
- The reaction is to a naturally occurring compound in our eco products
- The client has not followed our post-clean ventilation recommendations
A full list of ingredients in our products is available upon request. If you experience any adverse reaction, please contact us immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.
6. Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe, clear access to your property at the agreed appointment time. This includes:
- Ensuring our team can enter the property safely
- Securing or removing pets that may pose a risk to our staff
- Notifying us of any hazards (wet floors, broken fixtures, pest infestations, etc.)
- Providing parking information where applicable
Raxvino reserves the right to decline or halt a service if our staff's safety is at risk.
7. Our Eco Commitment
We pledge that all products used in our services are:
- Free from parabens, phosphates, chlorine bleach, and synthetic fragrances
- Biodegradable and safe for waterways
- Not tested on animals (cruelty-free)
- Packaged in recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible
If you have specific product preferences or restrictions, please discuss these with us prior to your appointment.
8. Liability & Insurance
Raxvino carries comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a service:
- Report any damage within 24 hours of the service
- We will investigate promptly and, where we are at fault, arrange repair or provide fair compensation
- Claims must include photographs and a description of the damage
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable before the service
- Damage caused by faulty appliances or fixtures
- Stains or marks that cannot be removed through eco-friendly methods
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with any aspect of our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the completed service
- We will arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas within 48 hours
- If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will discuss a fair resolution
10. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. For regular cleaning contracts, invoices are issued monthly with payment due within 14 days.
Late payments may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on raxvino.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Raxvino or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.
12. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our site
- Upload or transmit any malicious code
13. Third-Party Links
